Food Manager Certification is being embraced by more and more jurisdictions as a necessary component for retail food sales. In areas where is it not required, it is one of the primary vehicles through which Food Managers can demonstrate their knowledge of food safety.

Food Managers can now renew their Food Manager Certification on-line. This four hour course highlights items in the FDA Food Code that are of critical importance to a Food Manager. This course has been approved by the Wisconsin Department of Health and Family Services and meets all of the training requirements in that state.
